ACT II: ENTREPENEURIAL SPIRIT

After completing his Political Science degree, Frank felt that his calling was to move on to law school. This calling was short lived, however, as he was ignited by the spark of an entrepreneurial spirit and made the decision to start his first business in an effort to forge his own path and to create his own destiny.

With nothing but a credit card and a 200 square foot office in the back of his friend's shop, Frank launched what would become one of the largest food services companies in Western Canada. In addition to this venture, he entered into the world of real estate and purchased his first residential property at the age of 26.

Frank moved to Calgary in 2000 and began purchasing and developing properties in areas located in what he described as "directly in the path of growth". In 2007, at the height of the real estate market and just prior to the 2008 downturn, he made the  strategic decision to sell off his entire portfolio. In 2012, he decided to launch Arlington Street Investments from his private, part-time holding company and to make this his full time focus by gathering a small, professional and experienced team to fulfill and execute on his plan and vision.

Working on stressed projects is not a deterrent to Frank. His corporate focus is a discipline which considers how projects "get off the rails" and from there, the measures, resources and processes he puts into place to ensure that each project starts correctly and is properly managed throughout the entire development process to create incredible results for all key stakeholders involved.
