ACT III: INVESTING IN TOMORROW

As founder and CEO of Arlington Street Investments, Frank is fully committed to the success of the firm.

Most entrepreneurs recognize that although it's possible to experience great and quick success, there is also the risk of financial loss and failure. Frank, however, does not accept the possibility of failure and ensures that every scenario has been worked out before any money is invested or spent. In his eyes, even a 1% margin of error is too great.

Over the next five years, Frank and his team are working to become a billion dollar company with less than twelve employees. He wants his team to embrace hard work so that they come out of the experience feeling the same energy and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship that has brought him to where he is today.

For Frank, it is not only about the excitement of doing something great and working with investors, it is also about filling a need for interesting design concepts and creating beautiful and attractive buildings. He doesn't believe that Calgary's inner city needs to remain bland or status quo and would rather focus on the opportunity to stand out and create something exceptional.

Frank's philosophy for buildings is not unlike his philosophy for life. Why do something that is "just okay" when you can push yourself and do something that is absolutely outstanding.
